The house consists of two volumes, one public and one private, connected by a large glass corridor bridge.

The ground presents a sharp gradient which required the program to be arranged into different levels, placing the bedroom volume on the uppermost one and having a large northward cantilever. Lattice made with native wood from the south of Chile was used.
