The buildings, with simple and varied forms oscillate between massiveness and lightness by alternating two materials in facade, stainless steel and raw concrete. Indeed, the use of concrete as a solid foundation on the ground floor and as structural element of floors contrast with bright annealed stainless sheets that brings real lightness and dematerialization of the building.

The entire operation, located in the heart of the urban park, between built masses and vegetal masses, highlighting a rich volume while accurately responding to its context.

All the appartment are multi-orientations or through apartment, none being mono-oriented. A particular attention was paid to the design of each plan so that they can benefit from a day part and night part distinct, while providing great living room with dual orientations open to the light.
Outdoor spaces make each apartment rich in stunning spatiality in housing give the impression of living on the top floor with outdoor space in the open.
