Hideout Horizon Bamboo House, designed by Studio WNA in Bali and completed in 2019, is a striking addition to the Hideout Network. Featuring a wing-shaped roof with broad overhangs, the design creates open spaces seamlessly integrated with the jungle surroundings. The ground floor houses the living room, kitchen, and bathroom, while the upper levels provide unique sleeping areas, including a central round bed and a hidden loft. A heated pool under the expansive roof and playful elements like a winding ramp, hanging net, and bamboo swing enhance the experience. Bespoke bamboo furniture, crafted with designer Putri Wiwoho, completes this adventurous retreat.
Hideout Horizon, completed in late 2019, is the newest addition to the Hideout Network, which was founded in early 2015. This design represents the network’s most daring project to date. Featuring a distinctive wing-shaped roof with extended overhangs, the structure forms a bright, open area thoughtfully divided into various functional zones. The ground floor contains the living room, kitchen, and bathroom.
The upper levels flow into distinctive sleeping and relaxation areas designed for guests. At the center, a large round bed rests on a platform, resembling a nest, while a hidden loft is situated at the highest point of the bamboo structure. Fully open to the tranquil jungle surroundings, the design emphasizes seamless integration with nature. A heated pool, sheltered beneath the expansive roof, ensures a safe and relaxing retreat even during unpredictable tropical weather. Designed for travelers of all ages, the space incorporates playful features such as a winding ramp that doubles as a slide, a hanging net above the pool, and a bamboo swing on the ground level, enhancing Hideout Horizon’s creative yet inviting character.
Guests can choose from various spots to unwind after exploring the surrounding landscape. The bespoke interior design and bamboo furniture were custom-created for Hideout Horizon by the Hideout team in partnership with designer Putri Wiwoho.
